Manzanita wood is native to the West Coast. It displays such striking colors and form, I thought it perfect for a brush handle. The wood is hard like bone, sanded smooth and sealed with food safe wood wax. The bristles are natural tampico fiber, which are secured using food safe adhesive.

This brush is 6 1/4" long. The handle is approximately 1" diameter. This brush has 5 distinct diamonds in the wood handle, and fits nicely in the palm. The bristles are trimmed flat, about 3" long. Makes a nice soft, yet effective brush for delicate mushrooms or crumbs.
